Dealfinder knows exactly how much the new car costs the dealer and what their bottom line is.  We offer the dealerships (if their prices are low) the opportunity for volume sales and we only deal with fleet and sales managers. In addition, unlike many services, the dealers do not pay us a fee, which normally has to be added to the price of the new car.

How much can you save me?

There is no quick answer to this question.  How much we can save you depends on a multitude of factors, such as, the make, model, options, city, supply and demand, etc.  What we can tell you is that we will get your new car at a guaranteed low price, guaranteed in writing.

How does your guarantee work?

We guarantee that we will get your vehicle at a lower price than you can get yourself or we will refund our fee. In order to obtain a refund, we will require that you provide written proof within five days, of your ability to purchase the identical vehicle on the same terms, time frames and within the same geographic area. We will also require that Dealfinder's pricing information not be used to obtain a lower price.

Do I have to have my new car serviced at the same dealership I purchased it from?

No.  Your new car has a North American warranty, which means that you can have it serviced at any dealership you want.

If you find the new car I want, and for some reason I change my mind, do I have to buy the new car?

No, you don't have to buy the new car, you only have to pay Dealfinder's fee.

Does Dealfinder handle trades?

No, we don't handle trades.  Dealfinder only negotiates the price of the new car for you.  We are unable to guarantee that the dealer will buy your vehicle or at what price.  Therefore, we recommend that our customers sell their vehicle privately in order to take advantage of the low vehicle price Dealfinder can get for you.

How far will I have to go to pick up my new car?

Most of our clients take delivery at a dealership within 40 minutes of their home or office.  However, if you're in an area where there are not many dealers for the make that you want, then it is advisable to expand the area of search (the more dealers there are the lower the price).

Do I buy my new car from Dealfinder or from the dealer?

Dealfinder does not buy or sell new automobiles.  We are considered consultants working on your behalf, therefore, you will have to go to the dealership to sign the papers and pick up your new car.
